Payment may be processed through Shopify, banks, card networks, digital-wallet providers, or other authorized payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You authorize the applicable charge

  • You will pay all amounts shown at checkout

We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

A payment authorization does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

10. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may review an order before accepting or fulfilling it.

An order may be refused or cancelled when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • The order contains an obvious pricing or description error

  • The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

12. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

After processing, estimated delivery takes 7–12 business days.

The total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is approximately 9–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal order volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Events outside Corzey’s reasonable control

13. Limited-Time Free Shipping

Free shipping is currently available for a limited time.

This promotional offer may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time before an order is placed.

Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

14. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and secure delivery address.

Depending on the carrier and destination, an order may be:

  • Delivered directly to the recipient

  • Left in a reasonably secure location

  • Delivered to a mailroom or reception desk

  • Accepted by a household member or authorized person

  • Redirected to a collection point

Customers should monitor tracking information and make reasonable arrangements to receive the delivery.

If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, the customer should promptly contact the carrier and Corzey.

We will provide reasonable assistance with an investigation. A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer.

Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

15. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving an order.

The return period begins on the confirmed delivery date, not the order date, payment date, or shipping date.

Sale, promotional, and discounted products are eligible for return when they satisfy the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

16. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting info@corzey.com as soon as possible after placing an order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

An order may no longer be cancellable after it has:

  • Been fulfilled

  • Been transferred to a supplier

  • Been shipped

When cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is legally required or the content has already been incorporated into materials reasonably created before deletion.

We may moderate, reject, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We do not promise to publish every submitted review.

19. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including its:

  • Brand name

  • Logos

  • Layout

  • Graphics

  • Product photography owned by Corzey

  • Written content

  • Videos

  • Software

  • Design elements

are owned by Corzey, its suppliers, licensors, or other rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not, without authorization:

  • Copy or republish substantial website content

  • Use Corzey branding in a misleading manner

  • Scrape or harvest website data

  • Resell website access

  • Reverse-engineer website functionality

  • Use content to impersonate Corzey

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Corzey’s total liability relating to a particular order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate Corzey for losses caused by Corzey, its suppliers, carriers, service providers, or parties acting on its behalf.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when a user materially violates these Terms, commits fraud, threatens website security, abuses store services, or engages in unlawful activity.

Obligations and liabilities arising before termination will continue where legally applicable.

Termination of website access does not remove valid payment, delivery, return, refund, privacy, or consumer obligations relating to an existing order.

30. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Corzey to enforce a provision of these Terms does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the agreement between you and Corzey concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.

They replace prior customer-facing terms concerning the same matters.

Any ambiguity will not automatically be interpreted against either party solely because that party prepared the wording.

These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to Corzey’s business activities and to the customer’s transaction.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts mandatory rights available under consumer-protection laws in the customer’s country, state, province, or region.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from contacting an appropriate court, regulator, consumer-protection body, payment provider, or dispute-resolution service where legally permitted.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Website features

  • Shopify functionality

  • Business practices

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
